How many accounts can I have?
Each household may have 2 accounts. Each person may have only 1. If we find duplicate accounts, ALL of your accounts will be deleted immediately and you will be banned from the site. You will also lose all auction winnings. We perform a fraud check every day.

How long does each auction last?
The duration of the auction is determined by the number of bidders. Each bid placed extends the auction by 15 seconds.
How much does it cost to bid?
Each bid is between $0.61 and $0.78 depending on which bit package you buy. However, you can also receive free bids by referring friends to RockyBid.com
How many auctions can I win?
In an effort to provide a fun and fair environment for all users RockyBid Limits the number of auctions a user can win, those limits are as follows:
Featured Auctions - 1 win in a 7 day period
Over $200 - 3 win in a 4 day period
Under $200 - 1 win in a 4 day period
Bid Packages - 1 win a 2 day period
Over $200 - 3 win in a 4 day period
Under $200 - 1 win in a 4 day period
Bid Packages - 1 win a 2 day period
What happens to my bids if I lose and auction?
At RockyBid.com there are no losers. If you lose one auction, don't worry, you can use the value of the bids to pay the price of a future winning auction within 30 days
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a based on the weight of the item and therefore varies by product. Each auction has the shipping clearly stated so that you know in advance. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incurs additional fees.
How fast do you ship?
We try to ship within 48 hours from the time the payment is completed. However, we reserve the right to ship the product up to 14 days from when the payment is completed.
How do you ship?
We use only UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship our products.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only shipping within the US. We will be adding countries soon.
USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VAT IN THEIR HOME COUNTRIES
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, and American Express for Bid Packages and Visa and MasterCard for Shipping
How much time do I have to pay for the auction?
Payment must be received within 48 hours of the time the auction is closed. If we do not receive payment within 72 hours, RockyBid reserves the right to relist the item for auction without prior notice.
How many auctions can I bid on at a time?
You may simultaneously participate in as many auctions as you wish.
However, RockyBid.com does limit the number of auctions that any single user can win.
What's the maximum I can bid?
You can place as many bids as you wish. Each bid increases the price as per the guidelines in each auction. Usually this increase will be $0.01 for penny auctions.
Can I withdraw my bids?
No, all bids are final.
Can I cash out my bids?
Bids are non-transferable and non-refundable. They may only be used by the original purchaser, under the designated User Name. You cannot “cash-in” your bids.
What kind of warranty comes with the products purchased?
Please see the manufacturer's website for any warranty related questions. However, most items come with a standard manufacturer warranty. RockyBid.com does not offer any warranty, guarantee, or promise on any item.
What is your return policy?
Although all sales are FINAL, RockyBid.com will happily replace any defective item. The claim must be made within 7 days from the time the item is received.
What if i don't want the auction I won?
You reserve the right to cancel your win within 48 hours from the time the auction ends. You must contact customer service immediately. You will not be reimbursed for the bids used.
What is a "Bid Limit Auction"?
Bid Limit Auctions limit each bidder to a certain number of bids. Let say 100 Bids. That means no bidder can use more then 100 bids on that auction. If you attempt to use more you will get an error, and we all hate getting errors. The winner is the user who can strategically place bids but not run out before the time runs out. If you are able to be the last bidder on this auction YOU WIN!!! (But you knew that because it always works that way)
